How do you determine the design?
The design for the personalised product is entirely based on the answers you provide in the questionnaire that will be emailed to you after completing your purchase. We carefully analyse your responses to get a clearer picture and determine what you might like. The input, time, and attention you invest in the questionnaire are essential, as they lay the foundation for your design.
Can I request specific elements?
Absolutely! You can email us to request specific elements you’d like to include in your design. These could be anything from numbers, words, or even your initials. Our goal is to create a product in which you can fully identify.
Can I see examples of previous designs?
Certainly! You can find examples of previous designs on both our Instagram page and the “Custom” section of our website. If you’d like to see more examples, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
What if I want to give this as a gift?
If you’re planning to gift the hoodie, we would be happy to assist you throughout the process! When placing the order, you can either provide the recipient’s email address or fill out the questionnaire on their behalf. If it’s a gift, please mention this in the initial details so that we can package it accordingly. You can also personalise the hoodie for special occasions, like an anniversary—just consider significant moments from the relationship when filling out the questionnaire.
What materials are used in your products?
Our hoodies are made from a blend of cotton and polyester to maintain their shape over
time, with French terry to provide warmth. We strive to make our production as sustainable
as possible and are continuously working to improve in this area.
How do I customise my order?
You can customise your order by filling out the questionnaire sent to you after purchase for hoodies and jackets. However, for T-shirts and caps, the customisation options are more limited. After placing your order, you can specify the symbols or letters you’d like embroidered on them.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If there are any issues with our product, you can send it back, and we will do our best to fix it. Please don’t forget to check our “How to Take Care” page for more information. However since each item is personalised, we do not offer returns.
How long does it take to receive a custom order?
As each item is fully personalised and hand-embroidered, we invest a lot of time into its development. After receiving your completed questionnaire, the process typically takes around 1 to 2 months.
